Privacy policy

SKG Saudi (skg.com.sa) is operated with Assr Al Jawal, SKG's official distributor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is responsible for your personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and the rights you have.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only in encrypted form).
• Order and delivery details: the products you buy, amounts paid, delivery address and phone number, and the tax invoice.
• Payment: card, mada, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara payments are processed by licensed payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• Support messages and warranty or return requests you send us.
• With your explicit consent only: analytics and marketing preferences (see the Cookie policy).

Why we use it

• To take, deliver and invoice your order, and to provide warranty and after-sales service.
• To meet our legal obligations, such as issuing tax invoices and keeping the records required by Saudi regulations.
• To keep the store secure and prevent fraud.
• To send you offers and news only if you have agreed to receive them. You can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the parties needed to serve you: the payment providers that process your payment, the courier that delivers your order, Assr Al Jawal's order and accounting systems, Assr Care for warranty and repair service, the email service that sends your order messages and, with your consent, analytics tools. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Saudi tax and commercial regulations require. Account details are kept until you delete your account. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw a consent you have given, and object to marketing. Send your request through the Contact page and we will answer within the time the law allows. Cookie choices can be changed at any time from Cookie preferences in the footer.

Security

All traffic to the store is encrypted (HTTPS). Payments are handled by providers certified to the PCI DSS standard, so card details never reach our servers. The store is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes are announced on the store.
