Terms & conditions

These terms govern every purchase on SKG Saudi (skg.com.sa). The store is operated with Assr Al Jawal, SKG's official distributor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and sales are subject to the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its regulations. By placing an order you accept these terms, the Delivery policy, the Returns & refunds policy and the Privacy policy.

Products and prices

• All products are genuine SKG products supplied through SKG's official distribution in the Kingdom and covered by the SKG warranty (see the Warranty policy).
• Prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place the order.
• Delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them; minor differences in colour or packaging may occur.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price or is no longer available, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.

Orders

An order is placed when you complete checkout and your payment is authorised. We send an order confirmation by email and a shipping confirmation when the order leaves our warehouse. We may refuse or cancel an order where fraud is suspected, the product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred; any amount already paid is refunded in full to the original payment method.

Payment

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, mada and Apple Pay through a licensed payment gateway, and instalment payments through Tabby and Tamara.
• Payment is taken when the order is placed. Tabby and Tamara plans are subject to those providers' own terms and approval.
• Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure page and are never stored by SKG Saudi.
• A tax invoice is issued electronically and emailed to you after your order ships. Keep it for warranty and returns.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery is made within the Kingdom under the Delivery policy; the goods are your responsibility once delivered to your address. You may cancel an order before it ships for a full refund, return a product within 7 days of receiving it, or exchange it within 14 days, under the Returns & refunds policy, which also sets out the conditions and how refunds are made.

Warranty

Products are covered by SKG's manufacturer warranty, valid in the Kingdom and serviced by Assr Care, the authorised warranty partner, as described in the Warranty policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Your account

You may shop as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the accuracy of the details you give us. Please tell us at once if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Promotions

Discount codes and promotions are valid for the period and conditions announced with them, cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined. Where a discounted order is returned, the refund is the amount actually paid.

Intellectual property

SKG and its product names and logos are trademarks of their owner. The content of this store may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered as described and for honouring the warranty and return rights set out here and in Saudi law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits the rights given to consumers by the laws of the Kingdom.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is settled by the competent Saudi courts or committees. If you have a complaint, contact us first through the Contact page; you may also raise it with the Ministry of Commerce.
